About The Position

The patient care manager (PCM) has overall responsibility for ensuring that services and programs provided through their assigned department/unit is child and family focused, clinically appropriate, operationally efficient, and achieves effective patient outcomes. The PCM will directly manage RN staff and assist in leadership of clinical support staff.

Requirements

Active RN on Minnesota Board of Nursing required
Current BLS required
Bachelor's degree in nursing required
3+ years of people leadership experience or advanced degree in nursing leadership in lieu of experience.
Fundamental understanding of the business side of assigned department/unit (P&L, finance, budget, etc.).
Availability for on-call and off-hours rotations/situations as decided by department/unit.
