Requirements

• Previous experience in a home care setting.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care operations in a home care setting.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
