The Patient Care Leader responsibilities include: Leading the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit. RN is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes. Requirements

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
ACLS Certification, if required by department
Bachelors degree in Nursing is required
2 years of RN experience in acute care is required.
Interpersonal skills

Clinical skills appropriate to position

Nice To Haves

Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
