Title: Patient Care Leader - Neuro “We dedicate our lives to caring for yours”  Position Description: Patient Care Leader - RN  BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Med/Surg Neuro team at St. Joseph's Hospital as a Patient Care Leader. The Patient Care Leader responsibilities include: Leading the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit. RN is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes. Requirements

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
  • RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
  • ACLS Certification, if required by department
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing is required
  • 2 years of RN experience in acute care is required.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Clinical skills appropriate to position

Nice To Haves

  • Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
