The Patient Care Floater/MA performs Medical Assistant duties in multiple departments as assigned on a routine 'fill-in' basis. This position functions as an important member of the healthcare teams by providing basic clinical, clerical, and technical support to assist providers in planning for patients' care, comfort, and safety. The MA performs in a manner consistent with Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) mission, policies, and initiatives while maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. This position is eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour float pay.
