About The Position
St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison, NY has an unwavering commitment to excellence. Our dedication drives our success as Westchester's premier provider of inpatient and ambulatory behavioral health services. We are currently seeking a transformational nursing leader for the Patient Care Director position on one of our inpatient units. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 12 bed Geriatric inpatient unit/13 bed Adolescent inpatient unit, while ensuring delivery of the highest standards of patient care. You will work in collaboration with an exceptional and supportive leadership and interdisciplinary treatment team. Manage budgets and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience. Excel as a change agent, enhancing quality and performance. Some weekend leadership rotation is required.
Requirements
- Current NYS RN licensure
- At least 3 years of successful behavioral health nursing leadership experience
- Knowledge of regulatory standards
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- BSN is required
- Some weekend leadership rotation is required
