Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) PTA in Oklahoma.
• A strong clinical foundation and a patient-centered mindset.

• Previous outpatient or collaborative care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, effective treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Work closely with Physical Therapists to execute and refine care plans.
