Requirements
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Has dental office or treatment coordination experience (pediatric experience a plus!)
- Is positive, dependable, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Presenting and explaining treatment plans and financial options to parents
- Coordinating appointments and follow-up care
- Verifying insurance benefits and processing claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and communication logs
