About The Position
Paradise Valley Smiles is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients-setting the tone for an outstanding dental experience.
Requirements
- Dental experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Denticon (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Verify dental insurance and ensure accurate patient records
- Prepare the daily schedule and support smooth office flow
- Conduct treatment follow-up calls to support case acceptance
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver excellent care
