Requirements

• Strong customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

• Dental or healthcare front office experience preferred
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and review basic financial information with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and support front office operations
• Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive office experience
