Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Dental office experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliant)
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Dental office experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones and assist with scheduling and inquiries
  • Coordinate provider schedules for efficiency and patient flow
  • Verify and update insurance and billing information accurately
  • Process payments and maintain financial records
  • Manage referrals, records, prescriptions, and patient communications
  • Support patients with interpreter services when needed
  • Keep the front desk and lobby organized and welcoming
