Kinwell is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinic in Federal Way , WA. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage all aspects of the patient greeting and check-in. As the initial Kinwell representative, this individual will assist with prepping charts for daily appointments, mana ge the patient’s appointment scheduler, maintain the cleanliness and supplies in the patient reception and waiting area, communicat e arrival times to teammates and assist with check-out and follow up duties for patients. The Patient Care Coordinator will also provide virtual support for our Renton clinic as needed. Lastly, this position will provide phone support for Kinwell's Call Center as needed, submit Health Information Management (HIM) requests and manage faxed documents sent to Kinwell.
