Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and return voicemails in a timely manner
- Sending forms to new patients or patients needing to update their information
- Verifying patient insurance
- Checking patients in and out and present treatment plans
- Conducting confirmation calls
- Auditing patient charts
