About The Position
As a Patient Care Coordinator at our multi-specialty, multi location practice, you are responsible for ansering and triaging incoming calls, taking messages and scheduling appointments. You will be expected to have a basic understanding of all procedures performed at our practice and help educate / answer patients with any questions or concerns they may have. You will be trained on our electronic software, has a working knowledge of all insurance, vision and managed care plans. Candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills.
