Requirements

• Experience in a dental front office or Patient Care Coordinator role
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination
• Experience with scheduling software and dental practice management systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, high-quality experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to optimize provider schedules
• Verify insurance coverage and accurately communicate benefits and financial responsibilities
• Present treatment plans and discuss payment options with patients
• Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and office communications
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with clinical and office leadership to support office production goals
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
