Requirements
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and basic office procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use computer applications effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Prolonged sitting and computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in physical therapy or healthcare office preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with a pleasant demeanor.
- Schedule appointments efficiently.
- Assist patients with paperwork and outcome measures.
- Collect copayments and reconcile daily postings.
- Address patient questions and redirect as needed.
- Maintain a neat reception area.
- Complete reports and follow-ups accurately.
