This role involves answering inbound calls, managing messages, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting and applying payments, and supporting program coordination. The ideal candidate is an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing mental health practice, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism.
