Through a highly personalized, elevated, and seamless experience, we help our clients look and feel their best every day. We’re currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the patient journey from start to finish, supporting daily operations and building lasting connections with patients through ongoing outreach and follow-up. This position offers a long-term career path within a growing practice focused on excellence and team collaboration.

  • Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all patients
  • Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth
  • Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards (Alle, Aspire, Xperience), and review visit summaries
  • Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach
  • Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options
  • Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty and repeat visits
  • Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies
  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk, patient services, or medical aesthetics setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A compassionate, team-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in patient care and long-term growth
  • Familiarity with Zenoti or similar practice management software (preferred)
