The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) acts as the representative of hospital administration and management, focusing on coordinating, facilitating, and prioritizing the efforts of personnel and departments to promote effective and efficient quality patient outcomes. This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area.
