About The Position
The Patient Care Coordinator will provide daily, shift-to-shift leadership to support the operations of the 14-Bed Med/Surg Unit. As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will exhibit excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, and organizational skills. You will have the authority and autonomy to ensure the appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes are met, while effectively leading your team.
