Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation
• Experience preferred, but willing to train someone with good customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and personable demeanor
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Efficiency at multi-tasking
• Proficiency with computers and basic systems
• Ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner

Responsibilities

• Speaking with patients on the phone
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting patients
• Patient check in and out
• A variety of front desk administrative duties
