About The Position
As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will be a vital member of a dynamic team responsible for overseeing the processes associated with the clerical and clinical aspects of patient care throughout the continuum of services within the department. Under the direction of the Director and/or RN Navigator, the PCC demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to assist clerical staff and clinicians with patient-care-related objectives. The duties of the PCC also include competency to be able to fulfill the role of Patient Services Representative (PSR) when necessary.
