This is a non-clinical, customer service–focused role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others feel comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You’ll guide patients and visitors through the facility while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors and serve as their first point of contact
- Answer basic questions and provide clear directions within the facility
- Escort patients professionally from waiting areas to designated rooms
- Offer reassurance, comfort, and guidance, especially in high-stress moments
