This position is responsible for building patient meal orders and delivering them to the patient room in a timely manner. Why Children's Health? Requirements

At least 1 year related experience.
High school diploma or GED Required
Obtain Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire, and maintain current status thereafter.

Responsibilities

Prepare patient trays according to specified diet order (includes condiments, cold and hot items)
Prepare patient meal trays to follow quality, presentation, item placement, and patient meal tray accuracy.
Deliver completed patient meal orders to patient rooms in a timely manner to meet department expectations; Following all required protocols including isolation and hand hygiene.
Navigate through multiple information systems simultaneously (CBORD and Tray Monitor)
Check diet discrepancies in diet order if prompted by Tray Monitor or CBORD.
