About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
• Must have a valid Class E driver's license and valid proof of insurance
• Must have a vehicle and/or transportation to report to various worksites
• Must be able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties (e.g., keeping room clean, laundry)
• Provide bathing and dressing assistance
• Keep proper care records and report changes to nursing team
• Encourage socialization and participation in community activities
• Follow patient care plan
• Communicate with families, co-workers, and supervisors regarding care
• Assist with transfer and mobility
• Shop and run errands
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
