Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED Required
• Previous hospital experience or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, toileting, hydration, nutrition, ambulation, turning and positioning patients
• Perform selected technical skills including phlebotomy, 12 lead EKGs, arrhythmia detection, vital signs, and glucose monitoring
• Document patient activities
