Follow and assist with residents’ daily Plan of Care, using therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs. Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and volunteers, reporting changes or concerns to supervisors. Maintain accurate resident records and comply with facility, state, and federal requirements. Support a safe, clean, and home-like environment while responding to resident and household needs. Participate in mandatory meetings, in-service training, and required online education modules. Collaborate with team members to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School education or equivalent (required)
