About The Position

The Medical Assistant performs patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of an RN, LPN, and/or physician. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, self motivation, who will be dependable and punctual. We are a gynecology clinic with four providers located in Fayetteville. Responsibilities: Direct patient to proper exam/treatment room, prepare patients for examinations and procedures Take vital signs and document patient reasons for appointment Assist physician with procedures as directed Instruct patients in all appropriate procedures Maintain, clean, and sterilize medical equipment as directed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Current phlebotomy and CPR certifications are required 7 – 11 months related experience and/or training About MANA Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is an independent physician group that includes family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health and an array of specialists and advanced health services. Requirements
