Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite, strong data entry skills; electronic health record system.
Knowledge of guidelines for proper cleaning and sterilization of instruments
Ability to maintain confidentiality and PHI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Greet and register our patients for their appointments.
Hand out paperwork with a smile, and make sure everyone feels right at home.
Confirm insurance details, update patient info, and help with any questions they may have about their benefits.
Juggle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist our clinical team with any urgent matters. Your ability to keep things running smoothly will be the heart of our operation.
Transform ordinary exam room experiences into extraordinary ones by taking vital signs and making patients feel comfortable.
Keep our treatment rooms sparkling clean and fully stocked, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape for our patients' visits.
Educate patients on their care instructions, schedule tests, and process referrals like a pro. Your attention to detail will ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Maintain meticulous records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
Streamline processes, suggest improvements, and help us innovate.
Communicate seamlessly with providers, fellow team members, and patients to ensure everyone is on the same page.
