Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe and report changes in patient behavior and physical status.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Promote and maintain patient mobility through ambulation and positioning.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration needs of patients.
• Support toileting and elimination processes for patients.
• Gather data and recognize abnormal findings by measuring and recording vital signs and other health metrics.
