About The Position

HSHS St Vincent Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our Regional Float Team - Medical/Surgical (Med Surg) Unit. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment with various acuities. Position Specifics: Department: Med Surg Unit Core Function: Nursing Support Schedule: Full Time - 36 hours per week, Day shift, 7a-7p, every 3rd weekend Facility: St. Vincent, St. Mary's, St. Nicholas and St. Clare Location: Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Oconto Falls Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice. Experience 1 year of direct patient care experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Illinois: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is required.
  • Wisconsin: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Eligible to work as Nursing Assistant as listed on state Nurse Aide Registry.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of direct patient care experience is preferred.
