About The Position
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) at Denver Springs Behavioral Health Hospital is responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN. This includes ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, supervising patients, maintaining safety, and treating patients and guests with respect and dignity. The PCA will work in a full-time night shift capacity, providing care to individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.
