As a Patient Care Assistant, you will help patients feel safer and more comfortable by assisting with their basic daily life activities. You will directly support patients with tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding, while also assisting nursing staff with vital sign monitoring and preparing patient rooms. Success in this role comes from a genuine desire to help patients feel better, diligence in tasks, observation of patients’ conditions, and acceptance of coaching.
