Are you ready to play a hands-on role in patient care and be a vital part of a dedicated healthcare team? As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you'll work closely with nurses to deliver essential care and support to patients throughout their hospital stay. From helping with daily living activities like bathing and feeding to gathering vital signs, transporting patients, and maintaining a clean and safe environment, your contributions will directly impact the quality of care each patient receives. You'll also gain valuable experience working with electronic medical records and supporting clinical operations, making this a great stepping stone for anyone pursuing a career in healthcare. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Whether you're preparing patients for surgery, assisting them during recovery, or simply offering a reassuring presence, you'll be making a real difference in someone's life. With opportunities to expand your skills, work collaboratively with other care team members, and be a part of a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, the PCA role is ideal for compassionate, flexible individuals who want to grow professionally while providing exceptional care to those who need it most.
