About The Position

AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT, FLOAT POOL, you will be responsible for providing a variety of non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients. You'll float between the NeuroTrauma Intensive Care Unit, Cardiovascular Unit, Intermediate Care Unit, Acute Surgical Unit & Gen Med Surg 3.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have patient care experience or completion of one semester in a healthcare related field
• Must have current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Must have Comprehensive Crisis Management certification or be obtained within 12 months of hire
