If you're ready to help shape the future of orthodontics, we'd love to welcome you to the Molen family. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? You will work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday. Shifts will be 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm , providing a predictable schedule with your evenings and weekends free. As a Patient Care and Finance Specialist, you will start your day by reconciling daily deposits and posting payments and charges to patient and insurance ledgers. Throughout the day, you will handle dental insurance billing and verify patient benefits with precision and care. You will review and process patient contracts and other supporting documentation, ensuring every detail is accurate. Your day will also include responding quickly and accurately to employee and client inquiries by phone and email, resolving patient or insurance account issues, and handling incoming and outgoing mail related to the finance department. Working within our call center, you will answer incoming patient calls, make outbound calls, and schedule appointments. Collaboration with the patient care hub, sales, and concierge teams will be a regular part of your routine, and you will provide daily reporting on key performance indicators. PATIENT CARE AND FINANCE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year(s) of insurance coordinating experience Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities (in person, over the phone, and written) Well-organized with sharp attention to detail Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel Solid time management and prioritization skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain rapport with patients, parents, doctors, staff, and community Basic understanding of advanced math An associate's degree is preferred.   • Basic understanding of advanced math
