Central Maine Healthcare is looking for an RN to join our ED team as a Patient Care Administrator with Bridgton Hospital! The Patient Care Administrator (RN) plays a crucial role in ensuring quality patient care by effectively managing Patient Care Service activities and facilitating smooth patient flow within the organization during their assigned shift. In the absence of the Administrator or their designee, the Patient Care Administrator (RN) is entrusted with the authority and responsibility to make administrative decisions, drawing upon their knowledge of the organization's standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing school and holds current licensure in the state as a registered professional nurse.
  • Current Licensure from the Maine State Board of Nursing.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program
  • Minimum of 2 years, preferred 5 years’ experience as a staff nurse.
  • Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal relationships that enhance communication, promote conflict resolution, and facilitate staff development.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical Patient Care Administrator (RN)or Nursing Leadership experience preferred, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
