We are seeking a Patient Billing & Administrative Coordinator to manage insurance billing processes and support the front office in maintaining a smooth, welcoming patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and helping patients directly. Position Overview: In this role, you will: Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage Accurately enter and submit claims Follow up on rejections/denials and resolve issues Post payments and maintain accurate patient account records Communicate clearly with patients about balances and insurance questions You’ll also support the front office as needed with: Scheduling appointments Greeting and checking in patients Phone and general administrative support This is a collaborative role working closely with both clinical and administrative team members to ensure patients feel supported throughout their care.
