About The Position

Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program (BHCHP) is looking for a Patient Benefits Coordinator II (PBC II) who will be responsible for registering new patients and for creating and checking-in appointments at multiple clinic sites. This position will provide front desk coverage at various shelter sites throughout the city and will be responsible for helping patients obtain copies of documentation and providing other related patient benefits assistance. In this role, the PBC II will play a crucial part in providing accurate registration of patient insurance eligibility and submission of insurance pre-authorizations.
