Confirms appointments by reaching out to patients or by using appointment reminder software.
Supports patient care by identifying patient needs.
Navigates patient’s account to offer information or support decision making.
Directs phone calls to the appropriate person.
Accesses and responds to patient messages in the appointment reminder platform.
Adheres to established guidelines for patient assistance.
Fosters interdepartmental communication by utilizing the appropriate communication tools consistently.
