About The Position

The Patient and Workforce Experience Program Coordinator will support the Elliot's mission to be your first choice to give and receive care by assisting and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs)/program owners in their efforts to provide an aligned and integrated approach to enhancing both patient and workforce experiences. By leveraging human-centered design principles, data insights, promoting health equity, and best practices, the Coordinator will collaborate with local leaders and business units to drive impactful improvements. This role serves as a key liaison between SMEs/program owners, providing coordination, and support to align operational plans with the organization's culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and respect for people.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field, Required.
  • 5 years experience in a healthcare, operational excellence, or patient/workforce experience-focused role, Required
  • Knowledge of best practices in patient and workforce experience, health equity, and service excellence, Required
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, Required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support patient and workforce experience programs across the health system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Manage vendor relationships, patient and workforce experience surveys, regulatory reporting requirements, and analytics to provide actionable insights and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate and work with leaders and departments to integrate patient and workforce experience initiatives into local strategies.
  • Lead or participate in various committees across the organization.
  • Support the inclusion of patient and employee voices in improvement efforts, maintain documentation for accreditation and regulatory compliance, and stay updated on evolving standards
