About The Position

The Enrollment Specialist, Digital Health, at the OSUCCC-James Cancer Hospital plays a crucial role in enhancing patient care by ensuring seamless enrollment of patients into remote monitoring programs, support and education of device use, and managing the distribution and maintenance of monitoring devices. This position is vital for enhancing patient care and optimizing the efficiency of remote monitoring services. The Enrollment Specialist, Digital Health at the OSU James Cancer Hospital is responsible for guiding patients through the enrollment process for remote monitoring programs, providing support and education of device usage, managing the distribution and maintenance of monitoring devices, and ensuring accurate data management. This role involves providing patient support, implementing quality assurance measures, and collaborating with clinical teams to enhance program efficiency and patient satisfaction contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional oncology care.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Certification or vocational training may be required.
  • Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Previous patient care experience in an acute care hospital or medical clinic setting preferred
  • Strong customer service, organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in patient education and enrollment strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and human relations skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues, from entry-level to senior executives, physicians, nurses, administrative, and information technology staff.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and human relations skills, self-motivated, professional.

Nice To Haves
