About The Position

Responsibilities Monitor patient satisfaction scores and assess action plans for improvement Provide department leadership with weekly reports and a detailed review Create reports, monitor trends, and implement action plans Round on patients to assess satisfaction and set service expectations Perform service recovery as needed to resolve issues Assist department leadership in training and reinforce communication skills (AIDET) with team members Collaborate with the guest services department to align action items to improve patient satisfaction Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills Organized with an eye for detail Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform GED or high school diploma Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, patient care, patient experience, healthcare) Benefits We offer flexible schedules, excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
