About The Position

The Patient Ambassador role at Sodexo involves providing nutritional care and support to patients at Sharp Memorial Hospital. Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection
• Deliver meals to patients and assist with meal setup
• Receive and process phone orders from patients
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals using the tray tracking system
• Conduct meal rounds and collect survey information to relay to Sodexo leadership
• Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements.
