The Patient Services Ambassador plays an important role in supporting a positive patient experience by proactively engaging with patients across assigned hospital units, including newly admitted patients. This position conducts daily patient rounds using a structured service approach to set expectations related to meal service and environmental cleanliness while identifying and addressing patient concerns in real time. The Ambassador documents each patient interaction accurately and communicates feedback to leadership to support service improvement. This role works collaboratively with Food and Nutrition Services (FNS), Environmental Services (EVS), and nursing leadership to ensure patient needs are addressed and service standards are met. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively within a team-focused healthcare environment.
