About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, healthcare business, or social work preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare and insurance verification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement financial counseling services for patients and families.
• Screen patients to determine potential for program assistance.
• Complete applications with patients and families.
• Follow up after discharge regarding application status.
• Maintain knowledge of community agencies and resources for appropriate referrals.
