About The Position

Axiom Staffing is hiring for a compassionate and driven Patient Advocate to join our client’s team in Milton, GA. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a compassionate and empathetic approach
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers
  • Coordinate with doctors’ offices and third parties to obtain required documentation
  • Assist patients in understanding available programs and services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in company systems
  • Complete required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with patients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Follow established communication guidelines and processes
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and performance metrics
