Our Patient Advocate will be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of the front desk. Primary duties include providing exemplary customer service while scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phones and emails and directing patients and all inquiries appropriately. The Patient Advocate works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team as well as with other departments and employees. Hours: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. with rotating weekends and holidays. We are offering a $1000 sign on bonus with this role!
