The Patient Advocate delivers exceptional customer service in our Platinum program which provides preventive, primary and acute care to members. The Platinum team is available 24/7 for medical assistance. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling appointments for internal and external services, documenting in the EMR, assisting physicians with medical services as directed, and assisting the program with administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Director of the program. The position requires the employee to be available, after hours and on weekends, to assist our members.
