About The Position
The Patient Advocate at Memorial Regional Medical Center plays a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction and addressing patient concerns and grievances in accordance with CMS regulations. This position operates under the direction of the Manager of Volunteer Services and Patient Relations, integrating hospital policies and quality improvement initiatives to ensure effective patient care across the organization.
