  • Facilitate and promote continuous quality improvements in patient care delivery.
  • Maintain active interfaces between patients, families, visitors, medical staff, and risk management.
  • Protect patient rights and advocate on behalf of patients and their families.
  • Maintain a data system of customer issues to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide staff education to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in conflict resolution and managing complex communications.
  • Experience in handling difficult persons and situations.
  • Ability to facilitate the conversion of diverse opinions and thoughts.
